CURRICULUM STRUCTURE FOR THE BA (ED) (MALAY LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE SPECIALISATION) COURSE |
Trainee teachers under the BA (Ed) (Malay Language and Literature Specialisation) course are trained for teaching of Malay Language and Malay Literature at secondary level. They will follow the curriculum structure shown in Table 6 below. The duration of the course is four years :

Trainee teachers will have 8 weeks for CPR401 Practicum II.Note:
In order to fulfil minimum degree requirements to graduate, trainee teachers are expected to take 12 AUs of general electives. Trainee teachers are strongly encouraged to take these general electives in a semester which is not too heavy in terms of total number of AUs.
