Dr Maria Manzon Gives Keynote Address at 10th CESA Biennial International Conference

Dr Maria Manzon, Research Scientist from the Centre for Research in Pedagogy and Practice at the Office of Education Research, gave the opening keynote address on “Comparative Education as a Field in Asia: Retrospect and Prospect” at the 10th CESA Biennial International Conference.
This conference was organized by the Comparative Education Society of Asia (CESA) and the Comparative Education Society of the Philippines (CESP), together with the Br. Andrew Gonzalez FSC College of Education of De La Salle University. It was held in Manila, Philippines, from 28 – 30 January 2016.
With the theme “Diversity in Educational Policy and Practice: Challenges and Opportunities”, the conference was attended by 150 international and local educators, researchers, and administrators who share common interest on comparative education.
