Every day, in the classrooms, teachers are patiently sowing
the seeds of values and cultivating character growth in their students.
For the Jul/Aug issue of SingTeach, we work with the Academy
of Singapore Teachers for the first time to bring you highlights from the
Teachers’ Conference 2014: Values across the Curriculum: Inspiring Learning,
Shaping Lives. The conference focuses on teachers' role as character coaches in
their students' lives and how values can be cultivated across all subjects.
