Welcome to the Office of Academic Administration and Services (OAAS)
OAAS was set up on 1 October 2011, to support the student lifecycle activities of NIE. In close collaborations with NIE's programme offices, Office of Teacher Education (for initial teacher preparation) and Graduate Studies and Professional Learning (for higher degrees, leadership learning and professional development), OAAS allows for greater partnership and synergy.
There are 4 key units under OAAS to oversee the following activities:
a. Admission, Enrolment and Student Records
b. Course Registration, Examinations and Graduation
c. Student Services Centre
d. Certification and Accreditation
I also invite you to visit NIE's Student Services Centre (SSC), a dynamic department under the purview of OAAS, to learn more about the various services provided for NIE students and alumni, in this one-stop hub.
