Office of Teacher Education (OTE) Administration provides support services for the postgraduate diploma, undergraduate and diploma programmes for teacher education. Its key functions include handling admission matters, maintenance and update of student academic records, student leave applications, organizing Physical Proficiency Test (PPT) for applicants; administering the examinations with related matters of coordinating the registration of courses offered by student teachers and administering prizes and awards; overseeing the preparation of class time tables as well as class lists, publication of programme and course information, administering student exchange programmes and coordination of the Teachers’ Investiture Ceremonies.
The Administration of the Office is led by Head, Administration (OTE) with the assistance of three Assistant Heads and their teams.
