Abstract
In this current proposal, it is hoped that results from this previous effort can be shared more widely, and that relevant material and resources can be produced to support more mathematics teachers in the teaching of mathematical modelling. These resources can now be developed with informed knowledge about how successful lessons can be planned in the Singapore classroom, based on the results and experience gathered from this previous project. In other words, this current project is about using we know in the local research carried out on the teaching of mathematical modelling to build resources and provide support for teachers in their practice of teaching mathematical modelling in the Singapore school.
