Abstract
This research is aimed at using thematic analysis to analyse secondary data collected from in-service teachers’ assignment based on a SWOT of the state of their schools’ affective programs. It seeks to code and categorise student, teacher and school factors that support and challenge the implementation fidelity of affective programs in Singapore schools.
