GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT (GPA) INSURANCE SCHEME

Full-time NTU undergraduates, NIE student teachers and higher degree students are required to be covered under the GPA Insurance Scheme.

Students who have an injury and would like to claim insurance will have to read the claim procedures and do the following:

1. Complete these forms: 

Supporting Documents  

2. Attach original medical bills and any other supporting documents to both forms and bring them to NIE Student Services Centre (SSC) for endorsement.

Endorsement

3. After endorsement by SSC, please send the claim forms and supporting documents directly to:

GROUP HOSPITALISATION & SURGICAL INSURANCE (GHSI) SCHEME

In addition to the GPA scheme, University policy also requires the following full-time students in NIE to be covered under the GHSI scheme:

              -  international student teachers

              -  exchange/non-graduating students

              -  local and international students in higher degree programmes
