Located in NTU's Yunnan Garden Campus, the modern purpose-built NIE campus spreads across 16 hectares with 6 blocks, namely Administration, Education, Arts, Library, Physical Education and Science. There are 12 lecture theatres and 68 tutorial rooms on campus.

1. The paying car parks are operating on an Electronic Parking System (EPS). Cash card top-up machines can be found at the following locations:
- NIE Block 2, Basement 1, Lift ED1 lobby
- NIE Block 3, Basement 3, Lift AR1 lobby
- NIE Block 5, Basement 4, near staircase facing Car Park 5
- NIE Block 7 , Basement 3, Lift SC4 lobby
2. There are parking lots available for the physically challenged in all car parks, except Car Parks 4 and 5.
Warning: Wheel clamping is enforced on campus. Vehicles which are parked illegally or indiscriminately may be wheel clamped. A fee of S$50.00 is imposed for the release of the wheel clamp.
Motor Cycle Parking Lots
Motor cycle parking lots are available in Car Park 1, Car Park 2 (between Blocks 2 and 3), Car Park 3 (opposite Bin Centre at Block 4), Car Park 5 (beside Block 5) and Car Park 7.
There are no charges for motor cycle parking. Motor cycle should enter and exit the car park by the side of the car parks barriers.
Bicycle Stands
Bicycle stands are located in the following buildings: Block 2 (level B1), Block 3 (levels B1 and B3), Block 5 (level B3), Block 7 (levels B1 and B3) and Block 7A (level B4).

CANTEENS
The canteen is located at Basement 1 of Block 4. There are 10 stalls in the canteen selling a variety of food and drinks, and 5 stalls are serving halal food. The canteen is open from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays. Other canteens are also available within the Yunnan Garden Campus of NTU.
