Project Assistant (Office of Education Research) [Contract Position]

  • The National Institute of Education invites suitable applications for the position of Project Assistant in the Office of Education Research.  The Office of Education Research oversees the management of education research across the Institute, to enhance the Institute's strategic aims of learning, teaching and research as well as to enhance its standing as a leading international research institution.

    • A University degree
    • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Education and Research industry
    • Experienced in conducting and writing literature reviews, methodologies such as design-based research, data analysis and research report writing would be preferred
    • Self-motivated and with good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work independently 
    • Extensive experiences in conducting workshops and presentations 
    • Highly competent with Technology and Coding platforms
    • Candidates who have presented in conferences and published materials related to Education and Technology preferred
    • Prior experience in Curriculum Design is an advantage
    • Assist in the development and implementation of projects in Technology, Robotics, Education and other related fields
    • Design and develop web-based applications according to specifications and requirements for educational related projects
    • Assist with data management, including data entry, data analysis and data checking.
    • Conduct interview review
    • Write reports and papers
    • Managing logistics – scheduling, equipment checks, keeping track of equipment.
    • Other administrative duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
