Professor Looi Chee Kit Gives Keynote Address at Human Computer Interactions Korea Conference

Professor Looi Chee Kit was a keynote speaker at the Annual Human Computer Interactions (HCI) Korea conference which was held in Jeju, South Korea, from 13-16 February 2019. He spoke on “Where Learning Meets Theory Meets Technology Meets HCI Design.” He shared his experiences in learning sciences design arising from his research projects on seamless learning and collaborative learning in schools.

Professor Looi also delivered an invited talk at Ewha Womans University on “Contemporary Approaches to the Assessment of Computational Thinking” on 12 February 2019. He shared computational thinking research methods arising from his research projects on introducing unplugged methods to teach in schools, and on integrating computational thinking to teach mathematics.
