The 28th Annual Meeting of the Australasian Society for Psychophysiology, Australia

The 28th Annual meeting of the Australasian Society for Psychophysiology was held at the Deakin University Waterfront campus (Geelong, Victoria, Australia) from the 19th to 21st of November 2018.
Co-chairs Ast/Prof Wei-Peng Teo and Dr Helen Macpherson hosted this 2.5 day event with more than 50 delegates from all over Australia in attendance.
The aim of the annual meeting was to provide postgraduate students, doctoral candidates and early-career researchers a platform to showcase their work. This meeting focused on 4 main themes:
1. Electrophysiology and Neuroimaging – Shedding light on the human brain
2. Non-invasive brain stimulation – Probing neuroplasticity
3. Clinical cognitive neurosciences – Mental health, ageing and disease
4. Basic neurophysiology – What simple science can teach us.
