Pedagogical research; Research on the Chinese Literary works

  • Dr Tan Kar Chun has an extensive and enriching experience in various educational institutions, including secondary schools (neighborhood and elite schools), as well as tertiary institutions, such as Ngee Ann Polytechnic and National Institute of Education.  Moreover, his experience in the Singapore Examination and Assessment Board (SEAB) and Confucius Institute (CI) also added to his horizon.  His niche area lies in Chinese linguistics, pedagogy mastery and teaching of literature. Dr Tan joined the Asian Languages and Cultures Academic Group as a Lecturer in Jan 2016.
