Project Number
SAF-NTU Percep NSMen

Project Duration
July 2015 - June 2016

The aim of this study is to examine the dimensions of leadership behaviour in a military context using a theoretical framework developed in the sports context. 600 male Singaporean respondents I who have completed their National Service within the last 5 years will be recruited to complete a survey adapted from the Dimensions of Leader Behaviour in Sports. The findings will establish the dimensions of leader behaviour in a military context that are considered relevant among NSMen. This can serve as the foundation for developments in leadership behavioural training within the Singapore Armed Forces in future.
