This report represents insights derived from a synthesis of the funded research undertaken by the Office of Education Research (OER) during the second (FY2008-2012) and third (FY2013-2017) tranches of the Education Research Funding Programme (ERFP).
Based on the analysis, OER is proposing a model of Sustainable Teacher Epistemic Shift. This report explains the model and concludes by proposing future research directions for the fourth tranche of ERFP.
