Description of Task Force

This research area seeks to understand the predictors of physical activity and inactivity, and explain the cardiovascular fitness and metabolic status in young people, physical activity, physical inactivity, physical fitness and academic performance in Singaporean adolescents. It seeks to inform policy and practice so that relevant and appropriate targeted intervention may be considered, as well as how school time can be organised for the holistic development of adolescents.
